Case Study: Enhancing Student Employability
Organization: Aditya Group of Institutions, Andhra Pradesh
Challenge
The Aditya Group of Institutions wanted to create high-quality placement opportunities for its students in commerce and management streams. Most students were from Tier-II cities with limited exposure to modern opportunities, making it difficult to attract reputed companies to their campuses.
Solution
TACKL collaborated with the college to develop a skill stack tailored to job roles in global capability centres (GCCs) of multinational banks and Big 4 consulting firms. The skill stack included banking and securities operations, fund management, and U.S. tax rules.
Implementation
TACKL designed three courses, each 40-hours long, rolled out to students in Semester 1, Semester 3, and Semester 5. By the end of their undergraduate studies, students earned three TACKL certifications in addition to their university degree.
